Quincy "Q Major" Wilson (they/he) is a Bahamian-American spoken word artist, cultural organizer, and the Founder and Executive Director of Conscious Art for Change, a not-for-profit organization that uses the arts to educate, connect communities, and support creative growth through expression and artist development. Rooted in community and collective vision, Quincy founded Conscious Art for Change to create space for marginalized voices to be heard, valued, and celebrated. Their leadership is shaped by years of grassroots organizing, artistic practice, and a deep commitment to healing and justice. Through collaborative programming, workshops, and public events, Quincy helps guide the organization in its mission to use creativity as a tool for connection, empowerment, and systemic change.
Markia Jackson, known as The Freedom Dealer, is an Afro-Surrealist Painter that grew up in the land of heat and palm trees – Miami, Florida. She believes fulfillment can be found through an intentional life of purpose and passion. With this philosophy, Markia challenges the traditional narrative, inviting a journey of holistic creative pursuit rooted in intentional action and intuitive guidance.
Ari Ramos (They/Them) is a community organizer and literary artist dedicated to creative wellness, self-actualization, and identity prosperity. Serving as the Financial Director and Hauxs Keeper for Ripple Hauxs, Ari develops programs that prioritize the creative and physical wellness of BIIPOC Trans and non-binary identities. They are honored to carry their work into their Ambassador role with Conscious Art for Change to transform the local authority on creative development. Personally, They are publishing, “I've Been Tending to Your Garden,” a poetry collection that explores radical acceptance and growth with natural imagery and character reflection. They are looking to collaborate with inspired artists from every medium to create from the stories they tell.
Has served as the Dean of Arts and Communication at Seminole State College for nearly seven years, she oversees departmental operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while advancing institutional goals. Her role encompasses program and curriculum development, faculty and staff supervision, budget management, and accreditation compliance. She work closely with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation in higher education.

Dandelion (they/fae) is a passionate creative, backyard gardener, caregiver, mad liberationist, peer supporter, and community care advocate. Dandelion is a founder of Peer Support Space & Eva’s Casita, Central Florida’s first Queer and Trans centric respite. They are a cultivator for Blue Trunk Community Network. A contributor to Radical Care Club. A Masters of Social Work graduate from the University of Central Florida. And a lover of nature and nurturing.
